Our products include the statutory VAT.
Deliveries are possible within Germany and across Europe. Shipping is carried out via DHL or Hermes.
Shipping costs within Germany:
- Up to 5 kg: €8.49
- Up to 10 kg: €11.49
- Up to 30 kg: €19.99
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €75.
24-hour express shipping (available only within Germany, exclusively for business customers, and only upon request).
Shipping costs within the EU:
- Up to 5 kg: €21.49
- Up to 10 kg: €27.49
- Up to 30 kg: €53.99
Shipping costs to the rest of Europe:
- Up to 5 kg: €38.99
- Up to 10 kg: €47.99
- Up to 30 kg: €73.99
The standard shipping time is specified for each product and may vary.
You can choose to pay via advance payment, credit card (via PayPal), or PayPal.
Bank fees are not covered by us under any circumstances. The goods are only considered fully paid once the amount stated on the invoice has been received.
Any collection fees incurred will be borne by the debtor. This applies particularly to customers whose business is based outside Germany. We expressly reserve the right to calculate these costs separately.
